TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Blue.Loons! We are a custom event balloon arrangement business based in Atlanta, GA that services clients throughout Metro Atlanta. Our services include handmade balloon arrangements and event venue installations. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Service Description

Blue.Loons provides custom event balloon arrangement services and event venue installations to clients throughout the United States. We offer handmade balloon arrangements and event venue installations for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and social gatherings. We do not provide event planning services.

Order Placement

To place an order with Blue.Loons, please visit www.bookblueloons.com. Invoices are billed in U.S. dollars. By placing an order, the client agrees and authorizes the payment method(s) provided to be immediately charged for charge applicable to the order. We will update the client with an order confirmation number. The order confirmation will serve as your receipt.

Payment

Blue.Loons accept payment by Debit or Credit Card via Stripe. Payment must be paid in full as soon as an invoice is received--usually by end of next business day. We do not accept AfterPay, Apple Pay, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or Paypal. All payments are processed via Stripe. When a payment is made, the client agrees with the prices and billing terms in effect at the time the order is made. Payments are effected by way of use of a credit card transaction by using a debit or credit card. The client is responsible for scrutinizing all transactions to prevent attempt fraud and to provide valid payment information. Accordingly, a transaction will be refused if its legitimacy is not satisfactory.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the client need to cancel their order, Blue.Loons respectfully request a one-week notice. The client is responsible for paying all work and costs incurred up until event day. If client need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances, we will allow a one-time service transfer to a future date. No refund on services rendered.

Changes to Order

If the client need to make changes to their order, please contact us at hello@bookblueloons.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery and Setup

We offer delivery and setup services for our balloon arrangements and event venue installations. We do not offer take down or removal services. Delivery and setup fees vary depending on the location and size of the order. Please visit http://www.bookblueloons.com for more information.

Liability

Blue.Loons is not liable for any injury or damage that may occur as a result of the use of our products or services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from delayed or failed deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or traffic conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Blue.Loons website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the property of Blue.Loons and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Blue.Loons website without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

The client continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes the acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
